NÁVOD K POUŽITÍ: Lze je použít buď čicháním z lahvičky, nebo ve vzduchu (aroma difuzér), začlenění do vaší jógové praxe, nanášení na kůži, použití při meditaci nebo na polštář v noci. Provonění místností, masáž (přidejte 3–5 kapek do masážního oleje), vhodné pro Vivasan car-diffuser, baths (add 8–10 drops to some milk and stir into water). Store at room temperature (15–25°C).

Pouze k vnějšímu použití. Neužívejte žádné esenciální oleje vnitřně. Zabraňte kontaktu s očima a sliznicemi. Neaplikujte neředěné esenciální oleje na kůži.
